1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of any appointment, service, or product with us ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings

Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or in person. We'll do our best to confirm your requested service, staff member, date, and time, but availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed. Where a deposit is required for a service, your booking is only secured once that deposit has been paid.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) may result in a no-show fee being charged, or a deposit being required for future bookings, at our discretion.

4. Pricing

Prices for our services are shown on our website and are correct at the time of publication, but may change from time to time. The price confirmed to you at the time of booking (or the price displayed for that service on the day of your appointment) is the price that applies.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless a deposit has already been taken, in which case the remaining balance is due on the day. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or in salon.

6. Refunds

Our approach to refunds for services and products is set out in our separate Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Client conduct and health

Please let us know before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy that might affect the service you're booking, so we can advise or adapt accordingly. We reserve the right to decline or stop a service if we reasonably believe it isn't safe to continue.

8. Your account

If you register for an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity carried out under your account. Please let us know straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
