Some services require a deposit to secure your booking, paid securely online at the time of booking. If you cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice (please see our specific notice period, available on request or shown at checkout), your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new appointment. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations made with less than that notice, or for missed appointments (no-shows), as the time was reserved specifically for you.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible using the contact details on our Contact us page, or by managing your booking from your account. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else and, where applicable, protects any deposit you've paid.
If you're unhappy with a service, please let us know as soon as possible — ideally before you leave the salon, or within a few days afterwards — so we have the opportunity to put things right, whether that's a correction, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. We consider every case individually and aim to be fair to both our clients and our business.
If we sell retail products, unopened and unused items can usually be returned within a reasonable period (typically 14 days) with proof of purchase, for a refund or exchange. Opened or used products can only be refunded if faulty.
If you miss an appointment without letting us know in advance, a no-show fee may be charged in line with our standard rates, to cover the time that was reserved for you.
Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used, and may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you'd like to discuss a refund, please get in touch via our Contact us page.
